Our established, growing Fast Food franchise is seeking Managers. We currently have over 105 stores and plan to open 10+ new stores in 2019.
Experience should include: Fast Food Management experience; inventory forecasting; strong analytical decision and problem solving skills; people skills (positive customer and employee relationships); basic computer skills; and a strong desire to achieve.
What are we looking for? The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.
But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
2-4 years of fast food management or restaurant management experience required
Experience with employee management, schedule creation and running shifts
Knowledge of food cost, inventory management and knowledge of profit and loss statements.
Salary:
Assistant Managers: 35-41K
Shift Managers: $11 - $13 an hour + OT every week
GM's: 45-54K base + potential bonus (15K per year).
