Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient person to join our teams in Alameda as a Project Manager on our retail team. This role focuses on guiding project teams through an entire architecture project, inclusive of the development and adherence to project scope, budget, schedule and work plan.

Job Duties

• Thoroughly understand the client’s objectives
• Delegate work assignments based on project scope and team member’s skill set
• Mentor junior staff and designers
• Deliver your projects up to our professional and technical standards
• Client relationship management
• Contract documentation
• Project scheduling
• Budget management and revenue projections

• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Experience with retail rollout projects
• Revit experience a plus
