Project Manager - Fixtures

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient person to join our teams in Alameda as a Project Architect/Manager. This role focuses on guiding project teams through an entire project, inclusive of the development and adherence to project scope, budget, schedule, and work plan.

 

Job Duties

• Thoroughly understand the client’s objectives
• Delegate work assignments based on project scope and team member’s skill set
• Mentor junior staff and designers
• Deliver your projects up to our professional and technical standards
• Client relationship management
• Contract documentation
• Project scheduling
• Budget management and revenue projections

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail
• Fixture Prototypes experience
• Certification in materials, electrical, and code
• Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
  • Revit
  • Cinema 4d
  • SolidWorks
  • Rhino
  • Inventor
