Program Assistant

The Davis Archway Treatment Center in Emlenton, PA is looking to hire a Program Assistant - We have both FT and PT positions available. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Program Assistant helps clients achieve their treatment goals and objectives by coaching and guiding clients in resolving problems and acquiring skills for living a sober lifestyle.

The Program Assistant also monitors the clients for compliance with expectations as well as rules and policies and ensures the safety of all the clients.
The Program Assistant additionally monitors the client attendance at Twelve Step meetings- educational sessions and meals and transports clients to and from appointments.
The Program Assistant is responsible for maintaining records and reports by documenting facility activities.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Ability to read, write and follow directions
• Knowledge of the basic principles and methods of Drug and Alcohol Treatment Programs.
• Ability to make judgments regarding the health and welfare of program clients and to respond appropriately in emergency situations.
• Ability to prepare reports and records.
