Mover Position Requirements: Movers are required to wrap, load, unload, and walk up and down stairs. Movers perform all tasks carrying furniture and boxes weighing 30 lbs or more. Starting pay is $13-$15 per hour depending on experience. Crew leaders must be able to manage crews of 2 to 5 employees, drive 26’ trucks, and maintain a constant relationship with customers.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for all positions must have reliable transportation to get to and from our storage location

• Drivers must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive a 26' box truck.
• All Movers must be able to get along with each member of their crew and display a positive attitude while representing our company
• Movers will need the physical strength, stamina and mind power to meet the physical demands of the position. Movers will be asked to lift 35 to 75 pounds multiple times in a day.
• Movers should be able to, or learn, to walk backwards while carrying furniture and navigate through doorways, stairs, and around obstructions without damaging property
• Candidates for all positions will be asked to present a professional appearance at all times and wear approved company attire.
