Job Description:

Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is in need of hard working, career individuals for a company based in Saint Marys, PA. 


Pay is starting at $13/hr with the ability to earn more than $20/hr


Position Summary:  This position’s purpose is to recycle pallets that come into the facility. The recycling program consists of removing old material for a pallet and replacing that with new material.  This job does offer an incentive (piece rate).


Essential Job Functions

  • Repair pallets in a timely, productive manner
  • Repair boards using standards set by the manager
  • Make pallet whole as required by specifications

Essential Job Requirements (Minimal Levels):

None, will provide training


Education: No formal education required.


Experience: Forklift experience is a plus. Experience in wood industry is helpful. Training will be provided


Preferred Skills:

  • Must have ability to follow guidelines set by manager
  • Must have ability to lift, twist and bend for duration of shift
  • Must have ability to utilize tools such as pneumatic nailer, hammer, crowbar
  • Must have ability to visually determine repairs needed to pallet
  • Must be willing to work in varied temperatures that are dusty
  • Must have ability to work at a pace that is productive

Physical Requirements: The job is performed in a warehouse with extreme temperatures. Must have the physical capability to bend, twist, and get on and off of forklift for the duration of the shift. Must be able to lift items up to 65 lbs. Frequent change in positions and tasks is required.


Safety/PPE Requirements: Earplugs, Safety Glasses, Hard sole Shoes

  • Gloves Recommended
