Production Melt Supervisor

A global manufacturer of ductile castings serving the automotive industry that is considered a leader in the global manufacturing market place is looking for a Melt Supervisor. The person filling this role will be responsible for directing daily activities to ensure melting activities are conducting safely and efficiently

Requirements of the Melt Supervisor:

• Associates degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years melt supervising experience.
• Must be willing and able to work any shift.
• Supervising in a unionized facility preferred.
• Ductile Iron (sandwich treatment process) melting experience preferred.

Melt Equipment used at Intat Precision:

(5) – 10 ton medium frequency melting furnaces (Inductotherm)

(2) – 50 ton channel holding furnaces (Inductotherm)

(1) – 65 ton channel holding furnace (Inductotherm)

(1) – 7 ½ ton pressure pourer (Inductotherm)
