Job Title: Production Coordinator
Job Summary: The Production Coordinator will create and oversee a production schedule. You will work with the warehouse manager to make sure they have all the paperwork and schedule to manufacture the orders. You must be very analytical and organized, and schedule transportation and delivery of products. You will need to possess above-average computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and enter new orders in the system and maintain any changes made to them.
Prepare work schedules and make sure deadlines are observed.
Operate the system used to manage orders with confidence
Ensure that orders are manufactured and shipped on time.
Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
Communicate any problem or obstacle to office management.
Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years experience in manufacturing operations.
2+ years experience in a supervisory capacity.
Associate degree. BS preferred.
Must be very fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
Must possess above-average computer skills. Examples: Understand how to troubleshoot PC peripherals, understanding of an E-Commerce back-office, creating formulas in excel, keyboard
