Role & Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and execute product vision, product and pricing strategy
- Understand customer needs, analyze market trends and competitors
- Own product roadmap and prioritize features ruthlessly while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders
- Draft requirements that pursue market opportunities and solve real world business problems
- Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, and Business) to drive end-to-end feature delivery
- Conduct client interviews, monitor overall adoption, and drive product uptake, upgrades, and effectiveness
- Leverage data and analysis to improve the product offerings
- Measure and report on key success metrics around product offerings, launches, initiatives, business impact, and customer delight
- Act as a visible thought leader and make a difference
- Expand, inspire, and manage high performing product teams
- Builds trust and transparency with clients
- Responsible for help managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation
- Bring evidence-based decision-making to your communication
- The ability to say “no,” but explain why in terms that stakeholders understand
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- 5+ of experience working with product teams
- Track record of impact – you have successfully launched and/or increased the adoption of products
- Deep expertise and passion for creating strategic product roadmaps from conception to launch
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, and Business)
- Experience with product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design
- Ability to make smart feature vs time-to-market tradeoffs
- Experience with managing and measuring growth
- Experience with SaaS based products at scale
- Experience working in Automation space (Business Process Automation and/or Test Automation)
- Ability to think critically and iterate rapidly
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management and Demand Generation
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment
- Combination of strong technical and business skills to interface with all internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly, drive focus, and influence outcomes
