Process Technician

Well established Orange County custom molder is seeking to hire an exprienced Process Technician for their thriving, first class facility. Minimum qualifications and experience requirements:
 

• Must have Master Molder certification or equivalent Scientific Molding qualification, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in plastic injection molding.
• Experience with molded medical device components in an ISO 13485 environment is required.
• Must have extensive experience with mold and process validations of plastic injection molded components.
• Demonstrated ability to start-up, operate and shut down injection molding machines and related process equipment.
• Must be able to work independently on new process development and troubleshooting of current production issues. Good written and verbal skills.
