Process Control Engineer
Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Process Control Engineer candidate working at an automobile manufacturing plant in Tennessee. The plant is located between Chattanooga and Nashville and is about 1 hour from each. This position offers a salary range between $90K-$95K with bonus potential. In addition, full benefits package and a $10K relocation. There is also a 3-month temporary housing allowance while you find a permanent place to live. This is a 1st shift (6am-2pm) position.
Responsibilities of the Process Control Engineer includes:
8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
Troubleshoot, adjust, maintenance and repair on Arisa presses and Panasonic robotics
Research, design, implement and test new systems
Direct installation, integration and operational testing of equipment
Maintain operational efficiencies of equipment
Manage several projects at one time
Meet daily with department supervisors and leaderhsip
Preferred skills of the Process Control Engineer are:
Attention to detail
Must have above average verbal and written skills
High level of professionalism and able to communicate with all
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a face paced environment
Ability to manage and solve complex issues
Very strong organization, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Be a great motivator of people in a positive effective manner
REQUIRED Experience and Education:
Valid US driver’s license
Knowledge of engineering science and technology
Degree in Science degree in Engineering or math is preferred
PLC background is preferred
Minimum, 2 years’ experience, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Conducting (drug screening and background check) report inquiries will be necessary for employment purposes.
