Private English Tutor

We are currently hiring private English tutors who are proficient in teaching high school English subjects, including Reading, Essay Writing, and Literature as well as English-related tests, such as SAT, ACT, SAT II Subject, and AP exams. Responsibilities:

• Motivate students towards academic success in various high school English courses and English-related tests
• Prepare engaging lesson plans
• Tutor students one-on-one or in small groups, if needed
• Serve as an intellectual mentor, offering students studying tips, test-taking strategies, and other useful resources
• Have reliable transportation and always be on time
• Communicate appropriately with parents and fellow staff
• Possess a strong work ethic along with a positive attitude!

Experience: English Tutoring: 2 years (Preferred)

Education: Bachelor's (Required)

Work authorization: United States (Required)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $35.00 to $40.00 /hour
