Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Private Aircraft Charter Security Screener to ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew members, and private aircraft charter operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough security screenings, implementing security protocols, and collaborating closely with aviation personnel to maintain a secure environment for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Security Screening: Perform comprehensive security screenings of passengers, luggage, and personal belongings using advanced screening equipment and techniques in accordance with established regulations and guidelines.

2. Threat Identification: Proficiently identify potential security threats, prohibited items, and suspicious behavior during screening processes, and take appropriate action in accordance with established protocols.

3. Passenger Assistance: Provide courteous and respectful assistance to passengers during the screening process, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth and efficient security experience.

4. Communication: Effectively communicate security procedures, requirements, and regulations to passengers, crew members, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring their understanding and compliance.

5. Documentation: Accurately document all security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken, maintaining detailed records in accordance with industry standards.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with private aircraft charter personnel, airport security teams, and law enforcement agencies to share information, address security concerns, and maintain a cohesive security environment.

7. Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and appropriately to security breaches, emergency situations, and alarms, following established protocols to ensure the safety of individuals and assets.

8. Continuous Training: Stay updated on the latest security protocols, technologies, and industry trends to enhance screening effectiveness and adapt to evolving security threats.

9. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of security screening equipment, report any malfunctions or maintenance needs, and assist in maintaining a well-equipped and efficient screening environment.

10. Professionalism: Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and diplomacy while interacting with passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in aviation security are preferred.
- Prior experience in security screening, law enforcement, or aviation security is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with relevant aviation regulations and security protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential security threats accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using security screening equipment and technology.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and perform screening duties for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Successfully pass a fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Check (CHRC), DOT Drug Screening, and obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
- Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
