Responsibilities:
- Sell our premium business identity & marketing products
- Assist in placing orders online, over the phone / in person
- Build relationships with new clients
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Pursue up sell / cross sell opportunities within existing client base
- Generate new business, predominantly over the phone & via e-mail
Requirements / Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask. (Can you be on the phone and your computer at the same time?)
Preferred Qualifications:
- College/University Degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Previous experience in sales / account management (2+ years)
- Experience in printing; offset, digital, and/or large format
