Polished Concrete Installer

Treadwell is a growing company seeking motivated and reliable polished concrete floor installers in the Kansas City area. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with polished concrete. This is a full time position with overtime typical.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in technical skills needed to polish concrete floors.
  • Operating planetary grinder
  • Operating hand grinder
  • Operating burnisher
  • Application of Dye, Stain, Densifier and Sealer
  • Patching
  • Joint filling
  • Concrete cleaning
• Understands best practices for flooring types and applications.
• Ability to Complete tasks correctly, timely and safely.
• Self-motivated / self-starter
