Planning and Control Specialist
 

Talgo, Inc. is seeking an experienced Planning & Control Specialist to join the team in Milwaukee, WI.
 

Planning & Control Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Creation and modification of orders in SAP from manufacturing materials and task lists, in accordance with the product structure.
  • Creation of material requirements in SAP according to the scheduled dates.
  • Control over the performance of planned works and materials consumption in the center; processes closure.
  • Management of modifications until their full implementation in the railcars concerned, reporting via SAP process progress and its compliance with the procedures established.
  • Support in settlement of costs, generated by work orders, performed by the center.
  • Support in scheduling of works at global project level, and provision of necessary data to the project management team.

Planning & Control Specialist Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as Planner in manufacturing, production or related industrial field
  • Completed degree in related field from an accredited institution, or combination of experience and technical trianing in lieu of degree
Other Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
  • SAP R3
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Project knowledge
  • Must have experience managing costs and budgets
  • Team Center and NX knowledge preferred
  • Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally, based on project needs
    • Potential for travel up to (15%)
  • Must be able to take and pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
