Physical Therapist

Currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work in our beautiful Superior skilled nursing facility.  As the Physical Therapist, you will do evaluations and follow the individualized care plan for each resident.  As a Physical Therapist, you must be able to treat the deficits in adult & geriatric patients. The goals may be to restore function or prevent further decline due to chronic illness.

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate patients and create a plan of care
• Ability to complete weekly progress notes
• Supervise PTA's
• Attend patient/family meetings

Requirements  Include
1. Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
2. State license to practice physical therapy required.
3. Interest in physical therapy in geriatrics, short-term, and long-term care
4. Demonstrate Independence after training.
5. Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
6. Ability to work well with residents, families, and other staff required.
