What the Job Looks Like
• Manage Executive’s calendar and email
• Act as first point of contact for Executive for internal and external requests
• Organize electronic and paper files
• Support industry events and tradeshows, including updates to company social media
• Keep Executive abreast of deadlines, meetings, and requests
• Manage personal errands, such and dry cleaning, picking up lunch, and arranging personal appointments
• Help arrange travel
• Manage expense reports
Important Qualifications to your Success
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Support role
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Outlook
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to act with discretion and confidentiality
• Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
