This role requires superior attention to details, solid organisational skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously. This position enables you to work remotely, however requires you to be on standby Mo-Fr 9am-5pm EST.
The most successful candidate will be a strong communicator, both verbally and written. Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, business partner roles and responsibilities are important.
*Key Responsibilities Include: *
Management of complex calendar and scheduling
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Assist with organizing and executing team activities (staff meeting agendas, all hands meetings)
Record meetings and produce written summaries
Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, project managers and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Set up accounts and profiles as requested by management
Assist with CEO’s newsletter
Have fun at work and help others do the same
*Basic Qualifications*
2+ years’ experience assisting at the leadership level or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets
*Preferred Qualifications*
Strong ownership, communication and partnering skills
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; self-motivated
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal direction
