As my personal assistant, you will be at the heart of my businesses and organizations. You will be helping support me with the day-to-day professionally and personally.
Booking and arranging travel, payments, transport and accommodations
Help manage social media platforms
Running household errands (e.g. groceries, dry cleaning, shopping, etc.)
Household management (e.g.appointments for service vendors)
This position is available Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM. Possibility to work weekends if requested by client.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
• A self-starter and who can take initiative
• Organized
• Strong communication skills (via phone, email, and in-person)
• High School degree or equivalent
• Work experience as a personal assistant
• Can expertly navigate social media platforms like Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook
