PCB Fabrication CNC Operator

We currently have an immediate opening for a PCB DRILLER/FAB OPERATOR in Chandler AZ

GENERAL:.

Experience is a plus, but not required
Experience running Excellon CNC Route Machines preferred
Knowledge of reading blue prints and dimensions

 

GENERAL:  Duties range from routine tasks to exercising independent judgment when following ISO procedures and departmental policies and procedures.  Job duties must be accurate and timely when performed, often having to meet short production time frames.  As a manufacturing department, the outcome of jobs in this department will directly affect the timeliness of shipment of the product.

JOB DUTIES:  Under limited supervision, performs a variety of duties within the fabrication area. Typical activities include following the traveler to complete orders. Operating Excellon CNC-4,CNC-5 and

CNC- 6. Operation of an automated Accu systems score machine and Bevelmate machine.  Follow daily scheduled job list and make sure all jobs are completed and Fabricated on time.

EQUIPMENT:  Excellon CNC-4,CNC-5, CNC-6 fabrication machines, Accu-score Automated Score machine, Bevelmate PCB beveler and final Clean Machine. 

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:  Position based in a production type environment standing or sitting, walking and lifting are necessary. Possibly 10 hours standing daily. Hearing protection is required.

SKILL LEVEL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS:  Basic reading, writing and math ability. Use of calipers and reading blue prints. Good manual and visual dexterity.

HOURS: Monday- Thursday, 10 Hour days, 1st shift.
