As a Receptionist with Insight you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greet and register visitors, and assist with sorting of checks.
What you’ll do at Insight:
- Answer all incoming calls at the console with speed and clarity
- Greet and register visitors in to the visitor registration log
- Provide assistance with ordering teammate nameplates
- Sort and deliver mail and packages
- Assist room reservations / set-ups / catering
- Manage Facilities related requests for the Eden Prairie location
- Maintain stock and order supplies as needed for the campus as well as other offsite locations
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
What you’ll need to join Insight:
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of receptionist experience or education experience
