We have moved most of our developers to Philadelphia and are now moving administration too. Specific responsibilities will include: 
- book keeping and coordination with accountants for end of year activity 
- HR onboarding 
- payroll 
- administration of the cap table and company secretarial paperwork) 
- AR/AP 
- compliance with office policies 
- management of office (we're about to move form a co-working space to our own office)

In general, you'll be the glue that keeps us together and the office running. This is a role for somebody who has experience at the full gamut of tasks facing a small company, but has significant experience handling legal and financial matters. You will probably have been in administration for 10+ years. Answering phones and reception will not be part of your duty. If you want an incredibly flexible role (you can work from home as long as you get the work done and turn up in the office once a week for a little bit), and want your work to be respected - get in touch. Expect about 50 hours a month within 1-3 months of onboarding, probably more thereafter as we grow.
