Job Description:

Part Time IT Tech Support needs 2+ years’ experience

Part Time IT Tech Support requires:

  • Monday’s and Thursday’s from 6:00 pm EST to 3:00 am EST
  • 3-4 weeks during normal business hours (7:30 am EST-4:30 pm EST) Monday through Thursdays

 

Part Time IT Tech Support duties:

  • Install, repair, maintains, replace, and/or fixes hardware and software and assists with end user configuration.
  •  Incorporate external ideas into work to improve productivity when possible and appropriate.
  • Communicate and share technical discoveries and improvements.
  • Resolves incidents (Trouble Tickets) and change requests (CRs) within committed service levels.
  • Collects meaningful information required to resolve incidents raised by business partners or system users.
  • Executes change requests in compliance with local change control procedures.
  • Supports the recording and reporting of status of items and modification requests.
