Part Time IT Tech Support needs 2+ years’ experience
Part Time IT Tech Support requires:
- Monday’s and Thursday’s from 6:00 pm EST to 3:00 am EST
- 3-4 weeks during normal business hours (7:30 am EST-4:30 pm EST) Monday through Thursdays
Part Time IT Tech Support duties:
- Install, repair, maintains, replace, and/or fixes hardware and software and assists with end user configuration.
- Incorporate external ideas into work to improve productivity when possible and appropriate.
- Communicate and share technical discoveries and improvements.
- Resolves incidents (Trouble Tickets) and change requests (CRs) within committed service levels.
- Collects meaningful information required to resolve incidents raised by business partners or system users.
- Executes change requests in compliance with local change control procedures.
- Supports the recording and reporting of status of items and modification requests.
