Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Busy downtown Cincinnati law firm seeks a full-time Paralegal or Legal Assistant. We practice in a variety of legal fields, including Divorce and Family Law, Debtor Bankruptcy, Estate Planning & Probate, Personal Injury, and Small Business litigation.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Some experience working in the legal field 
• Ability to work independently, as well as with a team, and in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills necessary to maintain a high-volume caseload
• Experience with preparing legal pleadings and correspondence, maintaining client files, managing attorney calendars, keeping track of dockets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Amicus Attorney Software a plus 

We offer paid vacation and holidays, parking stipend, and IRA with matching. Starting pay depends on experience and qualifications $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
