If you possess outstanding sales skills and are driven to close deals, this role is perfect for you!

Territory: Louisville, KY to St. Louis, MO to Indianapolis, IN Area

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, surpassing targets within the assigned territory
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to drive business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in industrial packaging products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing multiple deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Thorough knowledge of the corrugated packaging industry and familiarity with the assigned territory
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and US citizenship

Compensation:

• Starting salary: Negotiable, targeting $100,000 - $150,000+
• Commission plan
• Comprehensive benefits package
