While this contract is currently funded through the end of April, the manager would like to keep this person on at least through the end of the fiscal year, if not longer.
In need of a professional resource to assist City of Richmond IT Procurement Services with upgrades/maintenance/new development of Oracle EBS.
-Oracle EBS development vers. 12.2.9
-Experience upgrading modules.
-Understand this business side of Procurement, they do not want a heads down developer
Oracle EBS development using version 12.1
Required Experience 7 Years
Oracle EBS development using version 12.2.9
Required Experience 4 Months
Experience with Oracle EBS configuration, maintenance, upgrades.

Experience working with business users in Procurement.
