Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Our Operations Managers will work directly with customers and team members to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety regulations.        

Responsibilities:

• Serve all facility and operational needs
• Oversee operations of the entire facility, including opening or closing, while working Manager on Duty Shifts
• Resolve any non-routine guest experience issues to ensure WOW
• Address emergencies and disruptions, as well as provide corrective actions and measures to avoid them
• Maintain all Sky Zone policies and procedures
• Assist in hiring, training, developing and evaluating part-time team members
• Conduct regular equipment inspections
• Select and supervise outside contractor services when needed
• Supervise routine internal maintenance sessions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years management experience in the fields of hospitality, fitness and/or recreation
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Experience supervising young part-time staff
• Must be passionate about providing great customer service
• Basic computer skills (POS system, E-mail, Word, and Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess effective multitasking and problem-solving skills
