Job Overview: As an Operations Manager at BRB360, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve company goals. You will be responsible for overseeing various projects aimed at enhancing business operations, including training and development, vendor management, SOP creation, website improvement, and app development.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Efficiency:

    • Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
    • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and optimize resource utilization.
  • Project Management:

    • Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business operations, such as training and development initiatives, vendor research and selection, SOP creation, website optimization, and app development.
    • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Training and Development:

    • Coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops for employees to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
    • Develop training materials, manuals, and resources, and assess training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Vendor Management:

    • Research potential vendors, negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and relationship enhancement.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes, and regularly review and update SOPs to reflect best practices and improvements.
    • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, business process optimization, or related roles, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, productivity software, and business analytics platforms.
