This person will play a key role in branch planning and overseeing the team’s progress. Qualified candidates should have a strong working knowledge of performance and operations management to optimize productivity and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct branch operations emphasizing leadership, accountability, integrity and teamwork.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Grow sales by building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Help with inventory management and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Participate in budget development and forecasts.
- Perform quality control and monitor the warehouse activity.
- Lead, motivate and support team members.
- Maintain safe working practices and procedures.
- BS/BA degree in Business, Operations Management or related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with building materials, millwork or distribution.
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager.
- Proven team leader.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

- Skilled cross-functional communicator.
