Responsible for the administrative/clerical duties with the mortgage operations department including:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position requires the ability to multi-task, assess and set priorities on a daily basis. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are critical. Ability to accurately prepare loan packages, according to the differing requirements and procedures for each state in which we originate loans, as well as for different types of loans.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED);or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and analyze data for accuracy and correctness according to department procedures and government regulations. Ability to communicate effectively with Loan Officers and coworkers, verbally and by email.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
