Primary duties
Within 10 years whoever is in that role will be managing 5 people, a office assistant, personal insurance review specialist, and 3 customer service reps.
In the insurance world the Agent – Office Manager relationship is extremely important. My job will shift and focus on sources of new business and hiring of sales staff. I need someone I can trust with taking care of the service and retention side of my agency! There could be some marketing and event planning needed too.
