Job Summary

The Office Manager / Production Assistant is responsible for coordinating details and administrative duties among various entertainment projects.  Working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, you'll assist the producers, office staff, creative and production teams, with tasks as they arise, bringing organization to the company's needs and objectives.


Job Responsibilities
 
  • Oversee elements of the day-to-day operations of our entertainment projects through constant communication with the producers, creative teams, and production team.
  • Assist in the development of documents, spreadsheets and presentations, on various topics.
  • Assist in travel logistics for various productions and key creative team members.
  • Responsible for overall office upkeep.
  • Coordinate marketing needs with graphic designers, overseeing the creation of graphics and video assets.
     
Job Skills & Qualifications

Required
  • Proven experience as a Production Assistant or Office Manager with a passion for the entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of general theatrical/production terminology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Dropbox.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and deliver results.
  • Ability to travel for meetings and projects, as needed.  (Up to 15% travel estimated for this position)
  • MUST be Los Angeles based
  • MUST have a valid driver's license and be willing to go on runs.
Preferred
  • 2+ Years of experience in the entertainment industry (particularly Live Entertainment or for a global company)
  • Past experience as a Production Assistant or Production Coordinator
  • Knowledge or experience in coordinating international travel.
