Beacon Communities is the largest breeder of Beacon in the United States. This position is located in the office of our main farm in Sussex, NJ.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Administrative Manager with Accounts Payable and matching credit card receipts.
- Processing and packing internet orders- when needed.
- Collecting expense logs and receipts from the employees and farms
- Filing and general administrative duties
- On occasion make a delivery to a local customer or cover for the delivery driver when on vacation.
- Answer telephone & forward messages.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks preferred.
- Clean driving records.
- Good organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift a box- typical weight 50 lbs.
- Neat & clean appearance.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 2 pm.
Additional hours may be required depending on workload and time of year.
