Job Description:

This role assists and supports a home run business and is expected to perform routine daily administrative activities. The Assistant Office Administrator is responsible for handling a number of time sensitive and private documents. This role is responsible for using Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as general data input through the company software. The position works directly under the owner of the business. This position must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Perform Data entry
  • Process documents and correspondence
  • Help maintain timely schedule
  • Update and submit court documents
  • Maintain Excel and generate trend reports
  • Seek innovation to improve processes
  • Additional Administrative tasks

Company Description:

We work for the Special Civil Part in Union County, NJ executing Court Orders of the Judge. We perform tasks like evictions, garnishments, and bank levies on behalf of plaintiffs and their attorneys for repayment of debts
