We are looking to add talented and ambitious individuals to our team. Our firm is fast-paced with a strong focus on technology and customer service. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our front office operations.
POSITION SUMMARY: The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, small business environment. The candidate’s duties may include but are not limited to scanning and shredding of client documents, compiling client documents and general front office tasks.
POSITION HOURS: This position is a 25+ per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide efficient and professional administrative support to staff members
• Scan client documents, handle shredding and/or proper document return of sensitive information
• Basic data entry
• Log incoming client information and distribute to various staff members
• General administrative tasks: coping, filing, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable with technology
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
