Night Shift - Sorter/Loader

This position is an excellent fit for individuals who prefer a high level of physical activity, and can work with little direction. 

Basic requirements:

• Capacity to stand, bend, crouch, and lift repeatedly for up to 10 hours.
• Effective communication skills with your team.
• Reasoning and basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Stamina and focus in situations with heat and/or cold (non-temperature controlled).

Preferred candidates will possess:

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with manual loading.
• Highly organized.
• A willingness to learn.

A day in the life:
The responsibility of the Truck Sorter/Loader is to manually sort totes from a conveyor belt into the back of a tractor trailer. The items should be carefully and mindfully organized to prevent hazards to drivers and damage to product.

Hours:
Mondays through Thursdays, from 2:00 PM until completion. Position is 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime offered.
