Roles & Responsibilities

Perform daily operational tasks associated with Cisco voice / telephony infrastructure. Voice Network Systems Administration performs voice network enhancements and hands-on voice network operations technical activities required for the ongoing implementation, support and troubleshooting of the PGE enterprise voice network. Technologies supported include, but are not limited to, data, voice, video, collaborative services, contact center and security technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Years of Experience: 3-5

  • Cisco Voice, UCCX, Cisco Cube, Cisco Voice Gateways, SIP Routing, telephony, AppSpace Digital Signage, Windows, Linux, Cisco IOS, phone configuration, call recording, VoIP, FoIP.
