We're looking to hire three (3) candidates as Mythical Crew Team Supervisors!  This job will not begin until we approach our opening in Spring 2022.

Key Responsibilities

• The hands-on day-to-day operations and activities of Mythical Pizza.
• Maintaining in the areas of: Administrative responsibilities, Training, Labor scheduling & management, Cash management, Inventory management, General restaurant maintenance, and Restaurant cleanliness
• Working a varied schedule, with a blend of opening shifts, closing shifts, as well as night and weekend shifts
• Demonstrating servant leadership to the mythical crew members
• Exhibiting a strong sense of building relations, growing Mythical Pizza, focusing on the local community, and maintaining loyalty
• Embracing a “growth mindset” for continuous improvement and change management
• Building important connections with the mythical crew members and our customers
• Exemplifying the attitude of taking care of the mythical crew members, so they can focus on taking care of each other and our customers
• Manages with the integrity, honesty, and respect that promote the culture, performance standards, and values of Mythical Pizza and OBITCO family companies
• Cultivates a positive learning environment through clear, respectful mentorship and feedback to mythical crew members in training; addresses individual motivation, needs, concerns, and works with owners to provide crew recognition
• Keeps the mythical crew members inspired and motivated during peak volumes; problem solves in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Communicates effectively; ensures all pertinent information is provided to the mythical crew members as directed by owners
• Creates a culture and environment that meet the needs of the mythical crew and customers leading to a more successful business
• Serve your mythical crew members by actively overseeing, inspiring, and challenging them by holding them accountable for: Enhancing and maintaining an engaging Mythical Pizza culture, Delivering quality products and service
• Building customer loyalty through delivering a truly mythical experience

Community Growth

Throughout the year, you and other mythical crew members have opportunities to give back to our local community. This includes participating in fundraisers, packing meals for families struggling with hunger, and sponsoring engaging activities.

Physical Requirements

As a mythical crew member, you will be working in a kitchen environment, rotating between front and back of house. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will also be asked to operate hand-held appliances and kitchen equipment (industrial can opener, vegetable choppers, specialty ovens, etc.). The ability to communicate and exchange information with other mythical crew members and others is also required. The ability to comply with all public health requirements, including wearing a mask, is required.

Working Conditions

• High noise levels due to operations, customers, and overhead music (including, but not limited to, rock, punk and alternative)

• May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on varied weather conditions, including delivering orders curbside to the customer

• Will work near moving or mechanical parts and hot ovens

• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Experience in a retail or restaurant environment
• Desire to lead with courage and the willingness to put the needs of others ahead of your own
• Ability to create a clean & safe working environment while holding the mythical crew members accountable to be their best
• Experience successfully training, developing, and leading teams
• Strong communication skills
• High level of integrity & accountability
• Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling & labor management
• Experience with inventory management
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• High school education or GED
• Desire to learn and growth with a high-growth company committed to serving others
