We're seeking several part time mythical crew members. This job will not begin until we approach our opening in Spring 2022.

Position availability open to everyone 16 and older (or 15 with approved Work Permit)!

Key Responsibilities

• Working a varied schedule, with a blend of opening shifts, closing shifts, as well as night and weekend shifts
• Sharing knowledge with other mythical crew members to work towards operation success
• Perform all safety prep standards and storage procedures as trained
• Delivery exceptional service and consistent quality food to our customers
• Exhibiting a strong sense of building relations, growing Mythical Pizza, focusing on the local community, and maintaining loyalty
• Embracing a “growth mindset” for continuous improvement and change management
• Building important connections with the mythical crew members and our customers

Community Growth

Throughout the year, you and other mythical crew members have opportunities to give back to our local community. This includes participating in fundraisers, packing meals for families struggling with hunger, and sponsoring engaging activities.

Physical Requirements

As a mythical crew member, you will be working in a kitchen environment, rotating between front and back of house. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will also be asked to operate hand-held appliances and kitchen equipment (industrial can opener, vegetable choppers, specialty ovens, etc.). The ability to communicate and exchange information with other mythical crew members and others is also required. The ability to comply with all public health requirements, including wearing a mask, is required.

Working Conditions

• High noise levels due to operations, customers, and overhead music (including, but not limited to, rock, punk and alternative)
• May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on varied weather conditions, including delivering orders curbside to the customer
• Will work near moving or mechanical parts and hot ovens
• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Basic Qualifications

• Be passionate about serving our customers and our community
• Have reliable transportation
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Maintain proper hygiene

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing experience working within the food service industry
• Existing experience with cash handling
• Existing experience with custom service
