Motorcoach Driver

NorthWest Navigator is looking for outstanding Motorcoach Operators to transport clients in a full range of luxury vehicles to interesting destinations in the Northwest and throughout 11 western states and Canada. These positions offer interesting travel destinations, requiring safe driving and a pleasant, professional customer service attitude.  Trips include a range of short-term (1 hour or less) transportation; day trips; and overnight transportation, up to 10-days.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Commercial B or higher Driver License (CDL) with passenger endorsement and current medical card required
• Customer service oriented
• Clean driving record
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage up to 45-75 pounds, maneuver up and down coach aisles and staircases, repeatedly bend, kneel and remain stationary (sitting) for extended periods
• 2 years of experience driving large commercial vehicles, such as local or regional freight trucks, motorcoaches or school buses.  
• Pass post-offer, pre-employment drug screen, including for MARIJUANA (random as required)
• Strong professional attitude
• Clean and tidy (non-smoker preferred)
• Comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and company rules and regulations
• Team player
• Very careful with equipment and patient with clients
