The term "private “refers to a recognized status of our client's financial capacity and a need to dedicated products and lending expertise rendered on a more exclusive basis than in traditional homogenized retail storefronts.
PCMA Private Client profile consists of:
• High Income: Executives / Athletes / Entertainers
• Business Owner: Shareholders / LLC Members / Enterprise Contract
• Asset Rich: Retirees / Trust Fund / Foreign National
• Investor: Residential / Commercial
As a Private Client Underwriter, you will benefit from:
• Salary and Bonus Earnings up to 90-110 Base plus bonus (Senior level)
• Salary and Bonus Earnings up to $ 60-70 K Base plus bonus (Lower-level underwriter DOE)
• Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (No Overtime & No Weekends)
• Work in Office
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Underwrite jumbo loans for successful transaction and sale.
· 5· 5-7 years of residential mortgage underwriting experience.
. Must have experience in funding for NQM loans.
· Adhere to department turnaround standard.
· Working Knowledge of Automated Underwriting System to include DU and LP.
· Knowledge of Encompass, Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· High Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
PROFICIENCY WE VALUE:
· Extensive knowledge of Conventional and NQM loan programs for both purchase & refinances.
· Understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
· Encompass LOS experience is highly preferred.
· Mavent experience.
· Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
· Get things done mentality; see the white space.
· Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
