About the position:
Responsibilities for Mortgage Loan Processor:

• Help loans applicants collect and prepare all necessary information and documents
• Conduct research into the applicant’s finances
• Submit loan applications to the underwriter
• Audit all information for regulatory compliance
• Data Entry

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal Mortgage Loan Processor must be knowledgeable of the mortgage industry and have a passion for what they do. They also need to be familiar with the entire mortgage process, from application to loan closing. They should be organized and able to handle a pipeline of 20-40 loans. They should have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and be a self-starter. Being able to work in a busy environment is required. 
 
Qualifications for Mortgage Loan Processor:

• 2 years experience as a Mortgage Processor or Jr. Mortgage Processor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance related field
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Encompass and/or Calyx Point Software
• Experience working with FHA and Conventional loans
• Ability to work independently with little training

Compensation: 
$40,000 - $60,000 Plus Bonuses -  Depending on experience
This position is Full Time.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm
