No experience necessary! In this position you will help clients over the phone and online with their mortgage from our office in Dearborn, MI. We are looking for candidates who have experience in the service industry, or a related industry, and who pride themselves on their professionalism. We provide paid training, assistance with licensure, and will be there for you every step of the way with coaching and mentoring from seasoned industry veterans.

We provide the leads, training, technology, and sales coaching. All you need to bring is a great work ethic, positive attitude, and a hunger to learn.

Responsibilities

• Access clients current and future financial needs to help achieve best financial solution possible.
• Provide the best client service in the industry
• Advise clients on their home-buying or refinance needs and how to get the most out of their mortgage
• Keep our informed clients through our efficient process from application to closing

Requirements

• No mortgage sales experience necessary
• Exceptional communication skills, a desire to succeed, self-motivated and positive attitude
• Ability to meet goals that will challenge you
• Ability to effectively adapt to different client scenarios
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with our teams to close loans quickly and efficiently
