In order to better serve these needs we are searching for a Mechanical Design Engineer with prototyping and production experience.
Skills/Experience
- Extensive Solids Modeling Experience.
- Practical knowledge of engineering and manufacturing practices including: machining, cutting, forming, and welding.
- Highly creative, with the ability to design for manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of GD&T.
- Self motivated with self-directed development goals.
- Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience at working both independently and in team-oriented environments.
- Experience with CAM packages is a plus.
- Robotics and machine vision experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- BSME or equivalent at a minimum.
- Advanced degrees welcome.
- Demonstrated subject matter experience.
- 3-5 years relevant design experience desired.
- MUST be a US Citizen.
