Material Prep (Skin Flipper)

Prep and operate Skin Bundle Flipper, move cull boards on/off bundle flipper and skin tracks with a partner, remove and stack runners off bundle flipper, dispose of packaging material in appropriate waste bins, read tickets/schedules to determine correct materials, count /stack skins onto cull board in correct orientation and in order of the schedule ,  inspect and record reject skins, inspect and return flush skins to cutback rack, record schedule #, line #, stack #, date and initials on each stack of skins, flip over the top skin on skin stacks to be restocked.
