- Master Data Management (MDM) Lead will provide leadership by working with the business and data governance groups to help the client develop their MDM program. This professional will define strategies, solutions and processes for managing enterprise-wide data throughout the data lifecycle. MDM maximizes business outcomes with improved data integrity, visibility, and accuracy. This is a Full time Permanent position with paid benefits and lots of opportunity for advancement in a managerial support, and 500 fortune company.
Responsibility
- Guide data stewards and data owners in developing MDM ownership, workflow processes, and seamless user experience. ·
- Provide overall design and development guidance to the MDM technical team.
- Analyze the Source data and do data Profiling as needed to support design work.
- Lead the effort to gather the Business Rules, matching strategy, Survivorship rules from the Business Manage the MDM Model.
- Work with the technical team in developing MDM rules.
- Validate the Mastered Data.
- Define strategy for Data cleansing and Standardizing.
- Collaborate with Business in demonstrating the Mastered data.
- Provide MDM usage statistics that show the benefits of various MDM processes.
- Document the MDM rules and Business definitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle MDM implementations
- Over 3 years of hands on knowledge working with MDM products.
- Experience in TIBCO EBX or Orchestra Networks and any similar MDM products Information MDM/IBM Infosphere MDM.
- Profisee experience desired
- Agile experience desired
- Excellent SQL and data analytical skills
- Experience or exposure to Profisee MDM would be added advantage
- Exposure to Designing future state Master Data Management Architecture based on the overall Enterprise Data Strategy / Architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to communicate with C level executives and core technology teams.
- Master Data Domain experience in one or more of the following data domains e.g. Customer, Account, Products, etc.
