Marketing Representative

Led by a supervisor, a team of 6-8 representative will canvass neighborhoods in the greater Bloomington/Normal area to generate leads for our inside sales staff. Representatives will simply be asking the homeowner if they would like a free lawn care estimate – there is no selling involved. A yes from a homeowner means they would like to be contacted by a sales representative to discuss our services. Statistics will be kept daily and will be reviewed with your supervisor to analyze job performance. Our service representatives will represent Weed Man in a positive and professional manner at all times.Pay period is bi-weekly. Hourly rate is $11.00 plus bonus potential. Hours are from 4:30pm – 8:30pm Monday – Friday and 9:00am – 1:00pm Saturday.
