- Work With Marketing Director to Create Marketing Strategy
- Create and Manage Content Calendar
- Collaborate with Writers and Designers to Produce Content
- Create Project Budgets and Timelines
- Develop and Maintain External Vendor Relationships
- Manage multiple projects effectively by defining milestones, resources, and schedules to achieve success, according to project descriptions
- Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation
- Facilitate and lead regular planning sessions, maintaining communications of project and program status, and overall project and program plan of records with stakeholders
- Ensures marketing projects are executed well and in a timely manner
- Works collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive awareness of the marketing function across the business line
- Possesses a strong understanding of the market and customer needs
- Collaborates with content writers, creative experts, branding and public relations to ensure campaign tactics match the market segment needs
- Monitors the success of marketing campaigns to ensure that key performance indicators are met
- Develops and executes marketing automation campaigns
- Oversees and manages paid search campaigns and digital marketing campaigns
- Conducts keyword research and digital media budget forecasting
- Stays up-to-date on emerging technologies
- Manages third-party vendor relationships
