This specialist will be responsible for analyzing data using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Dynamics 365, Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot, and Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics to track marketing performance and recognize opportunities for improvement.

 

In addition, this role will support scaled marketing and sales capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and innovating practices to deliver demand generation across ACTS’ sales and marketing technology stack. 

 

Fundamental Duties:

  • Make complex marketing technology initiatives real, end-to-end, driving from conception to execution to support client Marketing Data Automation Specialistdemand generation strategy.
  • Build, test, and launch new (or manage existing) marketing technology architecture and capabilities based on industry best practices and ensuring adherence to General Data Protection Regulation and email laws such as CASL/CAN-SPAM.
  • Support the daily operations for ACTS marketing automation platform, including administration, training, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Document key Marketing Automation Platform tech stack processes and procedures as they develop and evolve.
  • Collaborate with ACTS architect, developers, and other partners on tool development, such as data integration and API delivery.
  • Stay up to date on trends and technology in the technical marketing landscape.
  • Analyze, track and report on key metrics, improving performance throughout the sales & marketing funnel.
  • Partner cross-functionally to design and implement campaign tests and apply results.
  • Execute email campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Automation system including building multi-touch campaigns, logic streams, automation rules, creation of segments, forms and landing pages, email content creation, and deployment.
  • Interpret and implement digital best practices for email, personalization, segmentation, and data-capture from forms and landing pages.
  • Cross functionality analysis of sales and marketing databases to evaluate and manage data integrity, maximizing ability to market to contacts.
  • Build reporting to track retention, identify new customer targets and pinpoint opportunities to increase sales to current customers.
  • Responsible for data extractions and lead generation list across DiscoverOrg, HubSpot, Purchased Lists, etc., monitoring data quality across marketing technology stack.
  • Work with ACTS data scientist to ensures the database is updated and maintained in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to consider and apply creative problem-solving skills

 

 

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • BS/BA in computer science, marketing, or business (or related work experience)
  • Experience working in a marketing automation function, email marketing experience required, preferably in high-volume environment.
  • Experience with an enterprise CRM/Marketing Automation platform required, HubSpot and Dynamics 365 Marketing specifically a plus.
  • Experience with contact attribution, company firmographic applications and 3rd party integrations with Marketing Automations Tools, HubSpot and Dynamics 365 a plus.
  • Experience measuring impact and value of campaigns and touches, using best-practice analytics and testing protocols.
  • Experience with DAX (Data manipulation in Microsoft Excel/Power BI)
  • Experience with lead generation and multi-touch nurture streams preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise web analytics preferred.
  • Experience with cascading style sheets (CSS)/HTML customization within HubSpot and WordPress a plus
